I’m So Lonely and I’m A Kid
It’s okay to feel lonely sometimes, even if it feels really tough. You might feel like you’re the only one going through this, but there are many kids just like you who also feel lonely and struggle with making friends. You never know how much a kind word matters.
So, Why Do You Have No Friends as a Kid?
There could be many reasons for this. Maybe you just moved to a new town or school, and it takes time to make friends. Maybe you’re shy or have trouble talking to new people. Or maybe you’ve had a disagreement with your old friends and have yet to make new ones. Whatever the reason may be, it’s important to remember that it’s not your fault, and you’re not alone.

Is it Okay to be Lonely and Not Have Friends?
If you’re struggling to make friends, there are many ways to help yourself. Talk to your parents, grandparents, teachers, pastor, Doctor or a mental health counselor, and let them know how you feel. They can help you figure out ways to meet new people and make friends.
Why Do I Have No Friends as a Kid?
There are also things you can do to make friends fast. Be yourself, smile, and be open to meeting new people. Join clubs or after-school activities that you’re interested in. Be kind and helpful to others, and you’ll attract people who want to be friends with you.
